1. Membership & Access: This is a service agreement, not a lease. Members must adhere to the operating hours [M-F 9A-4P].
2. Behavior & Community: Maintain a professional environment. Keep noise to a minimum, or consider bringing headphones. Harassment of other members or staff is strictly prohibited.
3. Workspace Usage: Treat the space with care. Clean up after yourself in shared areas. Do not move couches.
4. Property & Equipment: Respect other members' personal property. Use of shared equipment (printers, etc.) should be mindful of others.
5. Guests & Pets: Guests must be registered [day passes available for $10], and members are responsible for their behavior.
6. Outside food is permissable. Esoterica full menu is available for purchase during co-working hours.
7. Prohibited Activities: Do not use the services for illegal activities, spam, or to upload malicious software.
8. Liability: The coworking space is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
9. Termination: The space reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms.
